
Torrox, a municipality in the province of Malaga renowned for its vibrant flamenco, is set to bring its talent to the UK. Alter Ego and Ave de Plata, two of Torrox’s flamenco creations, will be showcased at the Sadler’s Wells Theatre. This event is basically for of the flamenco festival in London, which’ll take place from june 4th till june 15th. This long-awaited festival promises to bring the best talents of contemporary flamenco for attendees to witness. Torrox’s councillor for culture, Salvador Escudero, is especially enthusiastic about associating the name of Torrox with this festival.
Alter Ego The Alter Ego show features several honourable and renowned names. Names include Alfonso Losa, winner of the Jerez Festival Critics of 2022, and Patricia Guerrero, winner of the national dance prize in 2021. Additionally, to add to the ambiance of the festival, singers Sandra Carrasco, Manuel Niño de Gines and Francisco Vinuesa will perform. These performances will be on June 6th to attract a London audience.
